You don’t have to understand any of it — that is what you are delegating. We put in writing where your data lives, how often it is backed up, and how long it takes to get everything running again.

Cloud hosting and Docker containerisation, continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD), monitoring, backups and security, application maintenance and support. The infrastructure is described as code and reproducible: you can rebuild it elsewhere without us. Backups are genuinely restored at regular intervals — a backup that has never been tested is not a backup.
